Itinerary

We begin outside the museum, in front of the glass pyramid designed by I. M. Pei. Our first game is a hunt for shapes: the pyramid is built from hundreds of glass panes and metal bars, and we count how many triangles hide in its structure before heading inside. It is a playful start that helps children look closely at what surrounds them.

Full Description
Our private two-hour visit turns the Louvre into a family adventure in the heart of Paris. With a guide who works with children, a relaxed pace, and breaks for questions along the way, we keep curious young guests engaged from the first room to the last. Children pay the same rate as adults, and the tour is recommended for children aged five and up.
The visit opens at the glass pyramid designed by I. M. Pei, where we start with a hunt for shapes and count how many triangles hide in its glass and steel structure. From there we descend into the medieval Louvre, walking along the ancient fortress foundations, where towers, walls, and a moat once protected the city.
We then meet the Great Sphinx of Tanis, a creature with the body of a lion and the head of a man, and invite our young guests to invent a sphinx of their own. The Venus de Milo follows, a celebrated statue without arms that opens a playful discussion about what she might have been holding. A few steps later, the Winged Victory of Samothrace stands on the prow of a ship, her clothes sculpted as if the wind were still blowing.
In the Galerie d'Apollon the rooms glitter with gold, sun symbols, and the crown jewels, and the hunt continues for details most visitors walk past. The route reaches its best-known moment in front of the Mona Lisa, Leonardo da Vinci's portrait: we look at her smile and at the landscape behind her, and each guest decides whether the expression changes with the angle.
The visit closes in front of The Wedding at Cana, Veronese's vast banquet scene, with one last challenge before we say goodbye. Entrance tickets and entrance fees are included, the meeting point is confirmed after booking, and hotel, airport, or train station pickup can be arranged on request at an extra cost. The tour is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German.
